As one of  the Premier Salmon Halibut Charters  Port Hardy, our Head Guide and Owner Captain Steven Cahill was also a master chef in his previous life.  We offer some cooking tips and some simple recipes or recipe recommendations for eating your wonderful catch once you get home after having an excellent fishing adventure with us.  Here’s a few variation’s on retired master chef Steven Cahill’s list of culinary delights.
